Details and Cost
We designed an introductory health and wellness program based on the Sukshma Marma Therapies for clients in search of an authentic and profound approach to wellbeing. It is recommended twice a year or whenever possible. It includes a short 20 minutes consultation with our Ayurveda specialist, five Sukshma Marma sessions of 30 minutes each, scheduled according to availability over a period of 15 days. The ingredients used during the treatments are organic and pollution-free. The program ends with a personalized Ayurveda and Marma home follow up for selfcare.

- Starts at 140 USD, including taxes.
Additional Marma treatments options: it is posible to add one or two Marma treatments per session. The cost per additional treatment is $35 USD. Add 15 minutes for each. These may cover chronic headache and migraine, respiratory disorders, backpain, joints pain, hot temper, fear and anxiety. Patients with accute conditions may require more sessions than those included in this program.

Daniel Seymour, founder of Plantissima Spa, is also our Marma specialist. Daniel is a Ayurveda Consultant and Clinical Aromatherapist. He has also been teaching the Transcendental Meditation technique since 1978 to educators and business executives in various countries.
